Possibly use a vpn link to the States. I’m using my vpn to vote from all the different states so I can vote 25+ times on the same computer.

It never seems to catch on. It's just about getting tired of doing it over and over (and I think I might feel guilty, or worse get you disqualified, if I wrote a program to do it a few million tims).
