Mach2 with CP five jiggling while tracking
Allen Ruckle
Rolando.
I was unable to enter the command you sent until December 1st. That evening after entering it the mount performed without the jiggling issue for about three hours. It began jiggling again when I pointed the scope to the South East on the ecliptic at IC434. I adjusted the counterweights to add some offset East and the mount jiggling issue stopped. There was no further problems as I also imaged M42 and NGC 2244. Allen |

It would be great if we could patch into your mount at some point, at your convenience. Can be during the daytime indoors.

My mount is at our dark sky site 55 miles East of San Diego. We don’t have easy access to the WiFi at this site, but I usually can use a hotspot from my phone. I have Cellular service on my iPad that is a much better connection but cannot tether from it. Can you access the mount from the iPad Web Browser using the CP5 WiFi connection, or would you need to access the CP5 via the ASCOM Driver or APCC? Allen Ruckle
