As Brian said, you should upgrade your laptop's graphics card drivers. You may want to upgrade both the Intel and NVidia drivers, as either could be used. -Ray |

Hi Jim
>>>Nvida GTX 1660 Ti You might check nvidia of Dell's support site for nvidia drivers that support your card I have a similar situation with a newer dell laptop regarding drivers. I had to go to nvidia's website and download the drivers there (Mine is not crashing APCC but it wasn't supporting some other GPU features) |

Hi Jim,
I've been trying to get the 3D viewer to open so I can enter the dimensions of my equipment. To run the 3D viewer your computer needs to have a recent OpenGL or Direct3D driver, which is usually installed with the graphics driver. What are the specs on your computer? (Windows version, CPU, memory, graphics card) -Ray |

Hi Astronuts
I've been trying to get the 3D viewer to open so I can enter the dimensions of my equipment. when I open the 3D viewer the calibration warning comes up and almost immediately closes APCC. is there some prerequisite I need to enter or do to get this to work. Thanks Clear Sky's Jim |
