Point+Track Model question: Must I actually sit next to my keypad?
Cheng-Yang Tan
Hi everyone,
I just updated my CP4 and keypad so that technically I can now use the Point+Track model. Since it is recommended that an external planetarium program be used to create the model, I'm wondering whether I really need to sit next to the keypad and press the "Enter" key when I do this. Can I sit indoors and somehow issue the the"Enter" command to the CP4 using APCC terminal or some other means so I won't need to donate blood to the mosquitoes :) cytan |

Since I haven't seen any reply, I guess sitting outside with the keypad is the only way to go.

Cytan,
If you have APCC, then use it for the pointing/tracking model.

Hi George, Thanks for the reply. I have APCC but not the Pro. I'm waiting for my name to be called for the Mach2 for the Pro. cytan
