Hi Jim,
There's actually quite good detail in the image, but the three color channels are not lined up due to atmospheric refraction. I took your image and re-aligned the planes and this is the result:

Great! Thank you for doing that. I just subscribed to a new photo shop and I cannot find where to align the RBG channels. I know it must be there but I have not been able to find it yet.

In Photoshop, open the “Help” Menu at the top all the way to the right. Type in “Channel”, press Enter and click on “Channel.” You will have all kinds of options on how to set up your channels. David C. Finch
