APCC Pro v1.8.7.1 and APCC Standard v1.8.7.0

Ray Gralak #73696 Edited Hello all, I am announcing the availability of a new release build of APCCPro and APCC Standard. These builds fix the timeout error caused by sending the ":m#" command. Also, in APPM now does an additional check for dome slewing.
