I just did that upgrade myself just a few weeks ago and had no problems. It installed alongside APCC, so you'll have both available until you're sure of the switch.

I embarrassingly was confused about APCC, ASCOM, and the AP V2 ASCOM driver versions. They're three different things, and all get used. I had an old version of the AP V2 ASCOM driver, and it caused me problems with PEMPro. It's a good time to update All The Things.

I am about to receive my Mach2, which includes APCC Pro. So far I use a Mach1 with APPC Standard installed in the image computer, so what is the procedure to upgrade to the Pro version, can it be installed directly, do I have to delete the Standard version first, ? etc.

 

Anything else I should know?

Same path for me too. Mach1 + APCC-Srd to Mach2 + Std. I had the APCC-Pro key just before the delivery of the mach2, I installed APCC-Pro with APCC-Std still installed. So I have the 2 installed ... without this causing any problems ... but like that I also recovered the site parameters.
