Insulation is crumbling
I have had my GTO for about 16 years. The outer insulation on the cord to my remote control is crumbling when I move it. Can I just buy a new cord or do I need to purchase a whole new remote control?

Keypad feature request
I agree with Kent. No need to get non-control info in the keypad. Jeff's original 3 suggestions, however, would be a useful feature, I think. Best regards, Niels Foldager

Jeff: Of course Don is right, when he argues for as low mass as possible at the top of the pier. That is also the part of the pier where I would expect almost no bending to take place. For that reason

Hi Don, OK. But don't you agree that the amplitude will be smaller when the mass is increased? (for same impact) Best regards, Niels

James, Did you fill anything into the tube? Are you sure it is wise to weld it instead of bolt it? There is a danger that the plate will not be flat afterwards. Best regards, Niels Foldager
