Headed out to the desert without internet for several days and wanted to get everything up to date before I do so. Is there a beta or developer snapshot of a newer version than 1.8.8.17 I can download

Power Supply died due to heat (daytime sun) I believe.

Observatory for sure but I also plan to 3D print a case for it. As I mentioned I have a couple of these already. One is 12v that I use for my equipment and the other 24v I use with a different mount.

Hi Karen. No problem. I bought a really nice one that has a cooling fan. I'd rather not simply replace a dead one with an identical one that will die on me later. This is the item I ordered. https://w

My 24v power supply that came with the mount died sometime today. My system was set up in the back yard and other than shutting down the laptop, I did not power down anything else. I just threw a cove

Mach2 Guide rate and question about gear meshing.
Worked thank you. The email you provided had the stuff after "@" deleted / removed by the group hosting software so I took a guess and was wrong.

I think it is because Daleen had my name ae instead of ea when she registered me? Not sure. I was talking to her about APCC Pro. The invoice does have my name ae instead of ea too. But that isn't anyo

What is the recommended guide rate setting? My experience with premium mounts is that you reduce the guide rate. The other mount I am using recommends .20 or .25 and I've been pretty happy with that.

What is the current status for Linux / Mac support via INDI or similar?
APCC Pro for Linux would be great too. Being able to do everything on a Raspberry Pi would be great.

Remote power on/off via USB relay Arduino CH340. Maybe add it to APCC?
Isn't that exactly what I said I was doing? Only it is 24v DC which is the supplied power supply.

Sure but for my purposes I just want to turn the mount off and on. Or on and off. You change something and need to reboot the mount for the change to take effect how do you do that without going out t

You are supposed to put it in your own housing. Also for this purpose it is between the power supply and the mount. 24v

Looking for a way to restart the mount I ventured onto Amazon and found this little USB relay device https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CN7E0RQ After poking around trying to figure out how to use it

If I have a PC with APCC Pro running and connected to the mount and I have built a pointing model, does the mount use that model if I connect via wifi with my phone and tell it to go-to an object? Eg,

That is a nice short repeater/booster for sure. My issue with it is that it has a female connection and so does the mount. So I would have to add yet another connection between. My computer is right n

I just ordered a Pegasus Astro USB hub thingy that you recommended. I like it anyways so it was a good buy. I also ordered two short 1 foot USB 3.0 A to B cables and will be able to go from the output
