Hydrogen clouds of the Bubble Nebula
Get APCC Pro. I should have added that I used APPM models along with guiding to take those images. It is well worth the money. I took this with the Stowaway & 1100 combo completely unguided with APCC

I can speak to this with direct experience, prior to me installing the encoders. These were all taken with the 1100 and long guide exposures (5-10 secs): https://www.astrobin.com/377929/F/ https://www

Any feedback signal from a CP4 to APCC ?
Ive used APCC the entire time I have owned an AP mount. I got the standard edition with the coupon you get when you buy a new mount, and then upgraded it to pro. I have never found APCC to be lacking

Now that makes more sense as the root cause. Hopefully they figure that out quickly.

Perhaps Bill is a little tired of you bagging on the company he works for? Perhaps its a bit old listening to you bicker about things that arent even real? This is a forum to talk about A-P products,

Calculate flattener spacing for new camera from old camera
You really are though. The tolerance on the AP130 FF is +/-2mm on a 35mm chip. You are using a 4/3 chip. It will have so little issues getting a perfectly flat field that you are sweating over nothing

Calculate flattener spacing for new camera from old camera
The total distance from the 13035FF to the chip is only 102.9mm IF you remove the provided spacer from AP. That is really important to mention.

I hear you on the Pacific Northwest skies. :) At that focal length I'd be hard pressed to get good data.
