Great. I use a little piece of adhesive tape as a marker on each side where the mount is parted. It also works every time. Steve E

Gavin, I'm in NZ, the N/S switch is a 3-way switch and I made the same error not realising that. Double-check you really moved it to the S position, rather than just in the middle. I had same symptoms
