APCC/APPM Log Cleanup
Hey all,
Other than going into the logs folder manually for APPC/APPM, is there a way to tell the programs to clean up after a certain number of days? I was cleaning up drive space on a MiniPC I use

Hello dan,
This is an element to take into account, but the powerbox is not a big computer and from what I see it does not really heat up.

Hello Dominique,
Congratulations on your purchase.
Do you have any reservations about having the heat from your power box disturbing the air in front of your telescope's objective lens?

Has any one found a Pelican case or similar transport case with the same inside dimensions as the Mach2 shipping box? I saw a suggestion in the manual that the shipping box's padding could be used in

Hi Dominique,
You may be looking at two different rate types:
The fastest slew (Go To) rate is 1800x on the Mach 2.
The fastest move (button) rate is 1200x on the Mach 2.

OK, all is good. I hadn't found the internal RA axis hard stops yet and when unpacking I was wondering if I was "unwinding" the RA axis in the right direction.

Hi Ray,
I installed this latest APCC version. With the GTOCP5 no worries therefore.
On the other hand I noticed that on the driver V2 the speed 1800x was referenced and therefore selectable while on

Is there anything to know about the internal cables to keep them from getting stressed, twisted or broken?

No bias on either axis. Balance the mount properly and it will guide very well.

Re: Any Tips From Experienced Mach2 Users
Sorry if this has come up before...
Is there any need to slightly bias the weight of the counterweights to any side of the mount with the Mach2?
