Open CMD.exe and run this:
ipconfig /all
Then paste in the results into an email to Ray directly.

I just tested this and was given the option to download the new version. I am on 1.8.0.5 (Pro) though. Not sure that matters...

2. Have you applied all Windows updates and especially all optional updates having to do with .Net framework?

The screenshot of the driver shows RA=0 and Dec=90, implying the mount has not yet been initialized. That would be a good reason for the LST to be wrong. The mount needs to be initialized
