Hi Bill,
The problem is that he can reach siriusimaging from his browser. Someone privately emailed me that it works on one of his computers
but not another. It's very odd.

Looks like the last hop that reports ICMP back is the gtt.net network, if you get that far it should work, if not, we'll know where it failed.

From time to time I see someone mention the RAPAS phone app. I have looked in the app store and have never found it. Is it only in the Apple store? I'm looking for the Android version of it exists.

I got the dump. Yes, IPV4 is enabled.
So something must be blocking the transfer, but I don't know what that could be. There are no hits from your IP address and no errors in the server's

I literally just applied all the Windows updates and did the 1.8.0.5 update before running the check
ipv4 is active on that connection, and it's connected to the internet (which is how i did the other

Then paste in the results into an email to Ray directly.

2. Have you applied all Windows updates and especially all optional updates having to do with .Net framework?
