If you are getting no drift in your imaging scope then you are getting round stars. No drift means round stars.
So, below you say you get drift pointing south, then that means you are getting drift.

I will check my drift again tonight maybe PoleAlignMax was giving me inaccurate data.

If you get 7 minutes of no drift then you will get 7 minutes of perfectly round stars. That is the definition of round stars - no drift. Something you are not telling me. Is the no drift only on one

Please watch the video and configure APCC appropriately. From your screenshot, you do not have APCC configured correctly to do what you want to do.

I doubt this is a drift issue. 1) I did Drift alignment and got to 7 minutes of no drift when pointing to a star at the cross section of the meridian and the celestial equator and no drift

That always suggest that polar alignment is off. Check drift near the meridian pointing south. You may find that the Dec axis is drifting, which means that the azimuth alignment is off. Of course when

Thanks for all the input.
I noted that basic tracking was worse when pointing south (and later when testing autoguiding - that too was worse when pointing south).
