Thank you George. I have the same issue.
Here’s another question:
In the “Park” window under the “Unpark” section, should the “Stop Tracking after unparking” be checked or unchecked

In the Initialize Mount settings (Settings > Edit Initialize Mount Settings), do you also have the "Set Tracking Rate" checkbox ticked?

Re: PEMPRO Question
George
My understanding is that our 1600 with absolute encoders do not use PEC, and PEC appears disabled in the mount.
Which is fine because of the encoders, but I did want to clarify that
I assume

APCC "don't unpack" question
I’m currently part of an imaging team that is using an AP1600 and we’re using APCC. Currently, the initialization is set to “don’t unpark” which is what we want but upon initilization, APCC

Re: PEMPRO Question
When one purchases a mount, does it include the refined curve? It appears to make a huge difference. Please check out the post in the files here, done by Roland that shows its effects.

Hi Bruce,
Tracking rate corrections are calculated by the change in the pointing error. The all-sky model's accuracy goes up roughly as the square root of the number of data points in each hemisphere

Hi Wendel,
No, the second curve does not include the effects of the first curve.
If you want to combine the first and second curves, you would have to merge them on PEMPro's Refine tab, then upload
