One more question on keypad/servo division
Does the keypad adjust RA/Dec for atmospheric refraction, or does the
servo, or is it not performed at all?

That's the only one to my knowledge. You could even call that the
"Polling" screen.
(You can also see it polling as the screen flickers a bit as it
updates.)
