Mine is a first run 1100GTO so it does not have gear switch or lever. It's possible the shipping the mount to your house may have shifted gear mesh.

It looks like the problem was a bad pointing model. Open the pointing model tab and make sure there are no unusually high pointing terms. If you

Ray cancel that - it looks like i had a model issue - maybe bad model or model not loaded

One time I loosened all clutches in both axes to try to loosen the axes so I can balance easier. The clutches were loosened far enough that when I was swinging RA axis back and forth and one of the

i don't think so - i slewed to HA=0 DEC=0 and did the solve and recal there.
I think the "near the pole" was when i disconnected APCC to restart it and it safety slewed to park. I attempted to

Do you have a UPS backing that Powerwex? Brownouts do occur.
Idk. If the occasional motor stall doesn't affect your imaging sessions, then you probably could ignore it. If it does affect imaging,

It looked like there was a plate solve/sync near the celestial pole. That's a bad area of the sky to do a plate solve because RA can be very inaccurate. Could this be the problem?
