Re: APC APCC Issue
All worked fine last night. I will keep monitoring this.
I wonder regarding the weather problem I had, if I have to record a new pointing model before implementing the weather correction?

Hi Joel,
Since you are probably not using APCC (and thus no pointing model) Lat/Long can be approximates. The mount and software would only use Lat/Long for Alt/Az calculations and calculating local

Thanks Ray. Regarding the site coordinates, do you know how close the site coordinates need to be to the "real" coordinates for practical use? Can I be off on the coordinates by XXX miles and still

Re: CP4 and ASCOM driver questions
Hi Joel,
The latest version of the driver, currently 5.20.07, should be able to save an arbitrary number of sites.
Not that I am aware of, but APCC can read input from most GPS devices.

Hi,
The log entries are a little ambiguous to me because the second line says that tracking has been stopped, but was it stopped by ACP, or had it been already stopped?
That said, the error message

Re: Replaced AP900 with AP1100
Funny thing about that -- within an hour of posting I had a taker for my old 900 RA/Dec assemblies. I think they'll be going to a good use. :)
Thanks for the interest Wade, and

CP4 and ASCOM driver questions
I have two questions related to a CP4 and the ASCOM driver. I do not use a handpad or APCC.

Replaced AP900 with AP1100
Hi all, new member, first post. :)

Yes Ray, I cross-posed over there. Just on general principles of reversing what I had done recently it was fixed. I did include multiple ASCOM drivers to get the weather.
I am still unsure about

Weather cleared here and started capturing images but APC crashed twice. Disabled the new weather environmental variable in APCC 17.0.1 and it ran. Log does not mention APCC.
