WoW! That's really excellent. You are a co-discoverer then.

Re: Pyramy
Measure the voltage yourself to see exactly what yours is putting out. I no longer use Pyramid power supplies, but when I did, mine put out 13.9v DC no-load.
I can’t recall exactly, but I seem

Re: Pyramy
Anything from 13.8 to 18 volts will work fine. Maybe drop the slew rate down to 900x.

Pyramy
I am using a Pyramid power supply to power my Mach1. I believe it is the same model Astro-Physics sells.
If the weather is clear Friday I plan to observe. The temp is going to be on or about 10 t0

I will see if I can clean it up a little. I thought it was interesting, and it was a bit of a rush job. I just wanted to share the image.

I just thought it was my eyes. It looked weird at first, and it's very close to the core making it hard to spot. The core of that galaxy is very bright. Being alert is half the battle :) It's

I'll never forget SN 2014J in M82. Here's the Wikipedia excerpt about the discoverers:
On 21 January 2014 at 19.20 UT, a previously unseen star was observed in M82 at magnitude +11.7 by Dr.

Re: AC-DC Power supply for AP Mach1 GTO CP4
These kind of converters tend to be fairly noisy electrically and are not well regulated. Might give you some problems during slewing if the voltage dips. I would avoid unregulated power supplies.
