Michael did you a tracking or pointing model active at the time of the flip?

NINA Smart Meridian flip failed with Mach1
Hello everyone,
I've been unable to get my Mach1 to perform a smart meridian flip through NINA. Each time the program indicates the time of flip and has the linked .mlm file but before the flip

Re: AP900GTO CP2, Ascom v2, NINA, PHD2
Can you provide the NINA log file from an example session so we can see what's going on from NINA's point of view?

Linwood ---
The object was IC 1396 and the RA is correct (21:39:09). According to my meridian limits, the eastern limit is 01:12:18 (based upon interpolation of the data in the tracking limit

Re: AP900GTO CP2, Ascom v2, NINA, PHD2
Ray,
Yes it does, slews the mount, NINA slews the mount to target, but I don't think I have manual control except park. When I tried to guide with PHD2, the mount stops tracking. This is with 5.50.3.

Re: What I imaged on a clear night (was: M27 with 110 refractor)
That is indeed a faint object, nicely done. Unfortunately I tried a 5 minute shot of luminance and got nothing but sky fog due to my severe local light pollution. I pretty much need to stick to

I suggested LBN 438, and I'm pleased to report that my sky cooperated. Here is 12.8 hours over two successive nights: <http://astronomy.mdodd.com/nebulae-33.html>

Re: [ap-ug] M27 with 110 refractor
Nice work Roland.
I noticed something in the image I've never noticed before in images of M27, and that's what seems to be a distinct jet coming from the central star at~4 o'clock , if that's indeed

Interesting. I just got done posting to Discord about a similar issue and haven't heard back yet. I had the smart meridian flip working very reliably several months ago and took some time off and

David,
As a test, does the AP Jog utility, which is included with the driver, connect to the mount and stay connected?

The new scope 110 GTX has been given the name "Voyager"? Wow, I wasn't aware of that- I gotta read the messages here more often ๐ค

That was in 5.21, no error message, appeared to connect but wasn't. Connect and disconnect within a second. Version 5.50.3 connects with everything but when I start guiding the mount stops

Hi Dale,
Detonated! Wow, that's something I haven't heard about the AP V2 driver. :-)
What error message did NINA get from the ASCOM driver?
