I just received the replacement insert and shaft. I am impressed it came to my continent so fast.
Perfect fit, the threads are real smooth :-)

Park2 is somewhat better and may allow you to remove the camera. It is not anywhere as hard on the gears as Park1 (and Parks 4 and 5). Park 2 will allow a lower access point to the front of the C14

The calculation looks correct, but just to set your expectations, this does not guarantee accurate tracking of your target. You will need a sky model to do that (APCC Pro).

Indeed I do use it Fernando. Works great. As long as there isn't heavy dirt on the car though. For bugs I spray directly on them and let it set for up to a minute. Then wipe right off with

Thanks, that helps. The Custom RA rate is 1/3600'th of an hour of Right Ascension per Sidereal second (as an offset to the 'normal' Sidereal tracking rate), and not 1/3600th of a degree of Right
