1. Call AP and order a grease kit. It's cheap and has both types you'll need. You may also want to replace the delrin clutch plugs if your axis is rather stiff when unclutched. A baggie of those

For sure, it's basically the last attempt I would make before reinstalling Windows. If those don't work, it's likely a problem that would take a long time to determine and reinstalling should get

Unfortunately, something may be corrupted in your Windows install. Someone else had a similar error, and it only went away after a complete reinstall of Windows.

I’ve probably slowed down the application in some way and it didn’t talk within the 60 sec.
I will try to avoid any interaction while imaging in the future…

Ascom V5.50 will not install on Computer
I am able to run the Ascom V5.50.003 installer program and it alppears to install fine. when complete the shortcuts to the A-PJog utility, the RAPAS utility, the Timer utility and the Setup

Hi Roland, will check next time.
To add more details, the only thing I noticed was tracking toggled off in apcc. Everything remained connected and alive. A simple click on toggle on button resumed

The mount won't stop by itself unless told to do so. Check the light on the CP5 - it should be red. If it's amber, that means it has has been de-energized.
