The mount automatically recovers after a power loss. It knows exactly where it is pointed the moment power is restored. There's no such thing as APCC and mount not being in sync. Rolando

Michael, The mount will remember its position when power is lost. When power is restored you can reconnect to the mount in APCC, and APCC will reinitialize the mount. You can then park the mount,
