Shailesh it sounds to me like you may have a permissions problem?
i was able to open the program data folder and change a file name without issue

Your scope might be bouncing at the end of a slew due to excessive moment arm (counterweights far out on the cwt shaft). I can send you some instructions to tame the bounce at: chris1011@...

Strange RA tracking issue with Mach2
I've been using the Mach2 in the backyard for a few months now.
I also took it to a dark sky site in (irrc) May 2021, and also had no problems there.
On Sept 5 I took it out to a different dark sky

The models are stored (at least for Win 10) in
C:/Program Data/Astro-Physics/APCC/Models/*.pnt
You can restore ANY model (be aware of the implications) by
1. Click Pointing Model Tab
2. Click

afaik there isn't a model "name" property you can edit, but you can just edit the file name and it will show at the top of the window
