High RMS values with PHD2

Last night using my 1200, Planewave 12.5 with an OAG I was getting such high RMS values that I could not take images. The guide star was bouncing all over the place. I checked balance. polar

Most people use Sync incorrectly. Sync is used only on the initial setup. If you use your Keypad to “GOTO” a double star in the computer and it’s not in the center of the FOV in your eyepiece

Honestly, I'd say that OTA is pushing it a bit. It's about 3' long and it's center of mass sits out there quite a bit from the saddle due to its diameter. I'm sure it can "handle" it, but how well
