It was not really about the hassle to return to a known park (or home) position, as like you pointed out, everywhere is home and known with AE. Apart from relieving my head from being squeezed between

Re: Hanging 10 at Waikiki
Actually, the wipe out photos were much funnier than this one. Those were lost long ago, so don’t ask for them. :^)
I have to say that the timing for this one was superb with Diamond Head

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I had to change the graphics setting and now things are working well.

I hung on for dear life. At Waikiki the coral is just 4 - 5 ft below the water line, so it's not pleasant if you wipe out.

I see what you mean. Actually I was turned that way so i could see Diamond Head. Maybe next time I'll try the other direction. (assuming there is a next time).

Re: 3D View error
#APCC
Hi David,
That is a pretty unusual error that probably has nothing to do with APCC specifically, but something needed to present 3D graphics. It might be something related to your graphics card

Roland,
I think “Goofy Footed” means left handed, left footed. I’ve only body-surfed so don’t know about these things first-hand (or first-foot), but I’m pretty sure a Goofy Footed

And best yet, you lived to tell the tale.

Re: Hanging 10 at Waikiki
Since it was a long focal ratio board, around F15, I used multi-toenail guiding using the "dig in hard hang on tight" algorithm.

So what was your guide-rate set at for this particular adventure? And were you auto-guiding or manually guiding? I’d say that with such an old longboard, manual guiding would

Sebastien, you don't need to put the Mach2 in any particular park configuration to start it up. So it is OK if you just push the scope off to the left side a little to get your head down to the RAPAS

Dean,
That would be good news, though I think I would prefer it on the left side anyway. Just to make sure I'm being clear my assumption is using the RAPAS with the mount in Park 3 (scope pointing
