I am in the process of setting up a new 1100. I have tried to connect to the CP4 with APCC pro with no luck. This is with a direct Ethernet connection between computer and CP4.

I am at a loss to understand the details of the pressure required for the APPM model, and how some folks are getting that from the local weather report. The APPM model asks for "pressure" in mbar.

If you use it for imaging, then no extension is needed. If you want to use it visually then you will want to raise it up with an extension piece.

It is a Peli like case produced in Italy, very high quality and right price.
I have changed the original foam with the same material used by AP for shipping, very easy to cut.

Hi Dale,
The reason for using ActiveX is that it allows the same interface code in APPM to be used for CCDSoft V5 and TSX Camera Add-On. :-)
As for why TSX does not register its ActiveX components

HI Harley,
I use the Ridgid tool box set to store my AP900. Really works great, nice sturdy rugged box set.
FYI, Home Depot is running a sale of the 3 piece set till Christmas.

Thanks Marcelo,
I have OpenWeatherMap API key stored in my ASCOM settings, but the pressure still appears editable in APCC pro, so I do. Not sure if I am missing something somewhere.
