Good to hear you were able to restore operation to the system. Also good to hear that the manual was of use! I would still be interested to know if the issue was the CP5 emitting too

I balanced my PW 12,5 with two 18s and two 10s, and use C clamps to balance the scope. Its right in balance.

The AP driver does not have any built-in tests for the CP3. If the motors are not connected, the driver will probably respond to some, but not all of the commands the driver sends.

None of your logs show the mount is responding, but maybe you haven't included the latest?
After a new mainboard you usually should reinstall the chipset drivers in case there are any
