Success!!! First of all, MAJOR shout-out to George for walking me through a HUGE number of things that sped me down the learning curve.
Turns out I had the time off by 12 hours as in 2:26:30 vs.

Testing Park3 is definitely a good idea. For any new startups I generally run the mount thru all park positions before going to any object.
