Steve,
I tried MS Windows own REMOTE DESKTOP many years ago. It requires owning the PRO version of Windows,
But is far worse, it switches off the screen on one side, and you have to then use

Gosh, this thread had turned into another take on Groundhog Day. Someone will make yet another complaint about TeamViewer, then there will be 10-15 follow-ups of affirmations and mentions of who uses

Eric,
I tried replacing TeamViewer with TightVNC, but didn’t want to mess with the target site router’s settings, every time I added someone that I help.
Also, presently trying ANYDESK

I have had continuous issues with TeamViewer and have given up.
Currently I use Chrome Remote Desktop and it works seamlessly. My backup is AnyDesk. My backup-backup is to call the techs at the remote

I talked with Ray at AIC and he informed me he has been tweaking APPM so that he can get upwards of 20 min unguided exposures, and is working towards longer unguided
of course, mileage varies

Unguided imaging is possible if you have a good PE curve that eliminates periodic error down to 1 arc sec. levels. When we test our mounts, typically we can get the 1100/1600 down below 1 arc sec.,

As I understand the APCC info, APPM only works with APCC-Pro (I have Standard and it has been GREAT!). APPM is a module that just allows APCC-Pro to talk to one of several external plate solvers. I

Lots of good information here. It sounds like setting up and running APPM before imaging is straight forward. Since Pinpoint is one of the listed plate solving programs used by APPM is it possible

Anyone looking to downsize? My Mach1 for your 1100 (partial trade).
Hello all. I know it's a long shot, but just curious if anyone is looking to downsize their mount and consider a partial trade of my Mach 1 (CP3-V2) for your 1100. I have 1.875" counterweight shaft
