Same happened to me a few times, I explained them a few times I am not a commercial user but all in vane and so I deleted TeamViewer and since then I am using AnyDesk

I have a permanent setup....Mach1 on a concrete pier; Celestron Edge HD1100 with a focal reducer is currently mounted. I really "upgraded" (hopefully) from the CGEM to enable long exposures with that

I am also locked out of TeamViewer. For what it's worth, I figured out what I did that got me labeled a "commercial" user.
I am in the habit of double clicking certain things, single clicking others.

I doubt that this would have any effect on Windows Updates. You still need to run Windows inside of parallels, and it would be subject to the same updates as running on physical hardware.

I suspect this might have been caused by the recent ( November) Win-10 Update – if that is what you are running.
Microsoft Win-10 Updates are notorious for ruining non Microsoft
