Now ImageLink using TSX Camera Addon works. The problem is I have to input "Common Setting" for x-arcsec and y-arc-sec. Then I got success for plate solve.

I run APPM and TSX as Administrator as you suggested. It works. I can connect to the camera. Then, I try to do platesolve using Image Link in "Plate Solve Setting" tab. Then I click "Image Link

Windows XP is very mature. Should we just stop developing new OS's since XP is very mature? When 7 came out, way more people were using XP. XP was more stable, more mature, and had more users. I know

A lot of us don't depend on IDEs - a lot of us aren't even interested in producing GUI applications. If I want to make a CLI for a telescope control system, or a web interface, or anything like that -

For dome geometry you need to be fairly precise so 'anywhere near the middle of the mount' may not cut it.
