Re: AP1200 wrong park position
Check your time settings....in the hand controller
and/or your planetarium program.
The mount is probably off by 15 degrees which is one hour...
has the time been adjusted for Daylight Savings

Re: AP1200 wrong park position
Do you connect the computer to sync the mount and the keypad to park?
In that case the difference in times between the computer could cause this.
The only time I have seen something like this happen

You will wonder why you spent so much time with those other mounts. You'll enjoy it immensely! Congrats!

Re: Will an AP900 go upgrade like AP1600 but smaller size?
I would expect it to be an update similar to the 1200-to-1600 update... Increased weight capacity (maybe 80-90 lbs.), maybe slightly heavier/larger overall, repositioned and self-tensioning RA and DEC

Re: Will an AP900 go upgrade like AP1600 but smaller size?
Perhaps it will evolve into an AP1000 with a bit more capacity and optional
encoders like the 1600 has turned into. The gap between the 900 and 1600 is
pretty big now.

Yes, no need to ship batteries, power cords, AP counterweights and such. I
have all of that here. I also have an 80, 100 and 120mm APO's sitting
around that you could use. But sorry, my name hasn't

Re: New Mach 1 & Eagle ordered today.
Why thank you, Chris. I've never brought anything larger than an Astrotrac before. I may just have to give this some serious consideration. Although, I won't be shipping a deep cycle battery....

New polar scope
Hello group,
a simple question for Roland: does the new polar scope fit also older 900 GTO mounts? I have one s/n 900146, with upgraded control panel 2.
And what about APCC?
Clear skies.
