I just got a new one to replace my old style. The new one is 5/16"
thick. I hope that helps.

It used to be worse.
Due to the expanded facilities at AP, the wait and production time for mounts
is less than it used to be.
Refractors-scopes is a different story.

Press F1 while on the Park/Rate page of PulseGuide and it explains why
the button is grayed at times.
The mount is not unparked unless you answer yes in the initialize
dialog.
