My V2 driver is running and did not report the new version on its own. I am on the 5.30.08 build, and your links showed 5.30.09.

Hi Bill,
Now runThe problem is that he can reach siriusimaging from his browser. Someone privately emailed me that it works on one of his computers but not another. Now run
pathping siriusimaging.com
Looks like the last hop that reports ICMP back is the gtt.net network, if you get that far it should work, if not, we'll know where it failed.
Send that to Ray directly though, not here.

You mean whether IPV4 is enabled on my cable modem? I'm actually not sure. I logged into it nowhere does it explicitly say IPv4, but do see internet addresses that look like IPv4 for the modem. There is a tab for IPv6.
Windows10 is at latest service pack and everything is up to date.

Hi Cytan,

I got the dump. Yes, IPV4 is enabled. So something must be blocking the transfer, but I don't know what that could be. There are no hits from your IP address and no errors in the server's error log. -Ray Gralak Author of APCC (Astro-Physics Command Center): https://www.astro-physics.com/apcc-pro Author of PEMPro V3: https://www.ccdware.com Author of Astro-Physics V2 ASCOM Driver: https://www.siriusimaging.com/apdriver

Re: APCC rate settings
I literally just applied all the Windows updates and did the 1.8.0.5 update before running the check ipv4 is active on that connection, and it's connected to the internet (which is how i did the other updates) however, it's on it's packed up and on its way to obstech now, so i won't be able to do any checking or testing for a few weeks

It’s in windows, under Network Connections. For example, here is a screen shot from one of my computers. Find the proper network connection, right click and select properties. Make sure TCP/IPv4 is enabled

Open CMD.exe and run this:
ipconfig /all
Then paste in the results into an email to Ray directly.

1. I am wondering if you have IPV4 enabled on your LAN port? 2. Have you applied all Windows updates and especially all optional updates having to do with .Net framework? -Ray Gralak Author of APCC (Astro-Physics Command Center): https://www.astro-physics.com/apcc-pro Author of PEMPro V3: https://www.ccdware.com Author of Astro-Physics V2 ASCOM Driver: https://www.siriusimaging.com/apdriver
