Thank you Emilio. To get that tail any brighter, Im not sure if more integration time would help or if this is about all to be expected considering Bortle 5 location and the aperture. I could make it brighter but at the expense of the coma/nucleus being blown out.
My suggestion: Try more integration time. I think it would reveal more of the tail. In terms of the bright coma, why not try High Dynamic Range (HDR) in PixInsight? I've found that to do a good job on nebulae and galaxies. Haven't tried it on a comet.
