Ray,

I really don't think that the personality of the controller has something to do here...same controller, same mount for years.  Also latest CP4 firmware installed ( P02-13 ).

Some button rate values are changing when connecting APCC to the controller.  Why not just testing my findings?

The button values are determined by the personality of the controller. Also, make sure you have the latest firmware loaded as that can make a difference.
