Linwood --- The object was IC 1396 and the RA is correct (21:39:09). According to my meridian limits, the eastern limit is 01:12:18 (based upon interpolation of the data in the tracking limit table). And yes, it was when I expected it to flip. I'll repost this info on discord. Thanks.
