I was installing a new OTA onto my AP1100 mount recently, and while I was checking balance I discovered that my RA gearbox was no longer fully releasing from the worm when the cam lever was in the fully released position. I was still able use my hand to rock the gearbox back to the fully disengaged position so it seems the cam adjustment slipped. I attempted to follow the instructions provided on the the AP YouTube for adjusting, but I was unsuccessful in adjusting to achieve a fully disengaged condition. Seems I am missing a step.
