Had/have this exact same problem (see thread above). I uninstalled/installed Windows 11 with all the Win updates. Again I encountered the error above. Did another uninstall/install of Win11 without ANY (Win) updates. Now the Eltima works fine? These updates come in bundles - Im not savvy enough to determine which one is causing the problem. Maybe this is something Eltima could troubleshoot Ray. I have a newer Dell computer with USB-C ports.
