I would not do anything at first. Set it up and run it to see how it operates. Find out if it slews and tracks properly.
After that you might re-grease the gears and in the process adjust the worm mesh. Other than that there isn't much else to do.

Before I get fully configured on my new “used” mount. What maintenance should I do? It’s 5 years old housed in a ROR that probably was in year round temperatures extremes seen at 4000 ft elevation in SW New Mexico.
