For the first, check those boxes that say to exclude points past a certain error amount. I set those to 10 but 20 is usually fine. The key thing is that you have outliers if you look at the plot and that's the easiest way to take them out.
For the second, looks good. Plenty within the models capability to correct PA error. Check correct for refraction as well.
