The password it is looking for is not the same as your login for the site. The documentation that came with the mount will tell you what the correct username and password are for the firmware package.
Its the same for everyone, in case that helps a little. If not, contact AP.

I can login to Astro-physics.com and see my purchases but I can’t login to Astro-physics.info to get firmware update. I just changed the password at Astro-physics.com. Never logged into .Info before. any thoughts ( other than wait till call support tomorrow)? cheers
