A shot in the dark here.

I see that the screenshot with big values is at RA Rate=0 and Dec Rate = 0.   Can't tell if tracking was at sidereal or a custom rate, but it would not matter since the delta rates are both zero.  However, the screenshot with reasonable values is at a custom tracking rate
