All of the solved RA and Dec positions in your screen shot are almost the same which I don't see how that could happen unless the PNT file is corrupted or has been edited. When I load your PNT file I get the attached screen shot.

Which version of Windows are you using? Also, it looks like you may be using a beta version of the ASCOM platform?

I doubt this is the problem but you should back off to ASCOM SP6.4 SP1.
