Jian,

 

There are huge numbers in the boxes on your screen shot. Your PNT file looks bad.

 

As I said, attach the PNT file in case it is different than what's in your zip file. When I load your PNT file from the zip you provided I don't see those crazy values. Here's what I see with the same file.
