Looks like the last hop that reports ICMP back is the gtt.net network, if you get that far it should work, if not, we'll know where it failed.

   You mean whether IPV4 is enabled on my cable modem? I'm actually not sure. I logged into it nowhere does it explicitly say IPv4, but do see internet addresses that look like IPv4 for the modem. There is a tab for IPv6. 

   Windows10 is at latest service pack and everything is up to date.
