Hi Henry,

It says COM1 - see screenshots attached.
1. AP Jog does not run as administrator. Did you run it that way on purpose?

2. Is it possible another application was connected to the COM port at the same time?

3. If after the connect fails if you click connect again in APJog without exiting does the connect work?

I have just tried to reproduce the problem you are seeing and I cannot so it is likely something specific on your computer.
