You would probably need a combination
of flat surface adapters and / or flat pier plates. The rotary tables are
slotted, so it should be pretty straightforward to attach the mount base
to the rotary table. The base of the rotary tables typically have two to
four slotted lugs for bolting them to the machine table. You would probably
have to modify (drill & tap) one of the flat surface adapters that
fits your pier.
There are probably cheaper ways to do
this.
